Archetypes: The Rebel

Meet Ash. He lives by his own rules and trusts nothing but his own instincts. Underneath his sharp tongue and recklessness, is a heart fighting for freedom. Freedom for himself, and freedom for all.

Ash grew up taking care of his younger, sister, Amber after their mother died during surgery. He works hard to provide for her and be a good role model, though sometimes his anger gets the best of him. Ash got his first tattoo when he was only 13, and to this day he cringes at how unsanitary and unsafe it was. He knows now to trust his tattoo artist before jumping into things. Ash gets tattoos most commonly when he is frustrated and struggling with something in his life, it helps remind him that he has control (and is a welcome confidence booster).

What does it mean to fall within the Rebel Archetype? The Rebel rejects conformity and refuses to live by rules that feel false or limiting. They channel that defiance into action: breaking systems, challenging authority, and pushing against anything that tries to define them. This rebellion comes from a need to reclaim freedom and reshape the world on one's own terms.
